DUM PANEER Recipe | Main Course Recipe by Smita Nadgir |
| INGREDIENTS | 250 gms paneer cut into cubes
2 onions grated
3 tomatoes grated
2 flakes of garlic crushed
1 piece of ginger crushed
1 tbsps of coriander leaves chopped
2 green chillies finely chopped
Salt to taste
3 tbsp ghee
1/2 tbsp chilli powder
3/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tsp coriander powder
| METHOD | 1. Deep fry the paneer pieces till they are golden red in colour and keep aside.
2. Heat ghee in a karahi and fry the ginger, garlic and onions till done.
3. Add tomatoes and dry masalas except the garam masala.
4. Cook till done.
5. Drop the fried paneer, stir well and cook for 3-4 minutes, covered.
6. Serve hot garnished with garam masala and coriander leaves.
